the 2nd half

I know It's been awhile, but my cookbook has slowed down. I no longer have word and am using open office so eventually I have to convert my saved stuff to open office. Before I start the next half of the book I want to test more recipes and collect more stories and food memories, be it after concert food woes, trying something for the 1st time and how can you be a rocker in the kitchen.
Whats up with bloggers becoming famous by the way. I just don't get it.  Also my fellow deviants who cheer me up and keep the blues at bay I thank you.

Ra ah oh la la

Well things have slowed down with the book. Money is tight and my erm landlord..I guess that's what we can cal him. Freaks out when the oven is used to much. Things will continue though.
Photo wise I am doing well we are working on a repo mask and I am teaching myself FX makeup. Once I get more money I will be buying a bigger kit :P
I am finding inspiration in weird places. Lady gaga, Repo, Geman music etc.
I'll be posting more on deviant, but I'll try to update on here when I can.

the testing continues!

well so far i found a cookie  that i feel that if tweaked correctly it could be the Dracula kisses cookies. I am also having a chicken tasting party tonight. I'll be trying a 17th century styled Chinese chicken and revamping the vlads stuffed chicken as well.
The books progress has slowed a little now that I have been testing more than writing, but either way I am making progress. :) I will share pictures and one recipe soon I promise!

sorry for lack of update

Well we had to wipe my laptop, but no worries the cookbook was saved to a disc and my desktop. I just need to get word back on here this weekend. Then it will be back to work. I tested a dinner and pie recipe this week. The shpards pie will def be in, but I m going to retest the pie. I think I need to do a big pie 1st then try mini pies.
I'll have to try some breakfast stuff soon too since I have been getting up earlier now.

Reflection

I took a break to reflect today. Also to get betty page hair, but important things are happening. We as Americans need and deserve free health care. We are the only industrialized country that does not have some form of health care. It's sad that the rich wont take a meaning less tax cut, most of the rich are spoiled fucking brats or musicians that just now care about the money.  We need to look back and see what happened during the French revolution. It was nothing but a class war.
A class war is not needed, but we do need to work together. We don't need to be communist or anything like that...but things need to change or the world is going to become bleak. I want to work and just live life why is that denied to me because one fat animie whore didn't like that I ran a store better than her?  Or that a family who needs food stamps can't get them because they stuck together and make 100 more than they should? We are being promised hope and change but I am seeing nothing so far. So far I have seen clove ciggerates get banned, which is complete bullshit. Prices in gas rise with no promise of fuel efficient cars available to everyone. I have seen nothing but people loosing their  jobs going hungry and loosing hope.
I however believe things will get better because at least the young ones are tired of living like this. We are so so much worse than the hippie generation we actually think more have computers, know what drugs should be legal and illegal and despise having children. We are worried about our planet  we care about where our money goes we listen to even crazier music and we may be material whores but we know whats useful and what isn't.
We don't want to pay for our selfish baby boomer mistakes we want better, well maybe not the paris hiltons, but a lot of us do.

Dean Koontz

In my mailbox I recived the final Frankenstein book. I am very excited to finish this series. Maybe I will be inspired by the New Orleans setting or franky to cook up something wicked. I will be cooking a cassarole tonight and making it interesting for people. It's a nod to Germany. I will be playing Wumpscut and Rammstein while I cook obviously.
On another note I am taking notes on gardening now. I want to see if i can save some money by growing my own fruits and veggies. I doubt these notes will make it to the Rock star cookbook, but that's not to say I can't do another book. My goal is to do at least 3 books. I know I am crazy but i am hopeful.  I have been job hunting like mad, but i am losing hope this cookbook isn't necessarily my last chance, but I am praying this works so I can support myself and help out my gram.

I am almost Done with the soups section. I finished the intro a few days ago. Is it bad I am relying on this book to save me? to prove that people like me can make it in life?

I am working on A cookbook for rockstars, rockstars in their own minds, teens and people who just want a cooler cookbook. It's going to be a long ride, but in the end it will be worth it. On here I will post pics, progress of the book and daily musings. Once in awhile I will post a teaser recipie, but not to much! I want you guys to get the book :)
